L'emplacement, la piscine, le confort du lit.

Les sols et la vaisselle pas lavés. Il manque des équipements : bols, saladier, couverts... Le bruit, nous avons eu des travaux dans l'immeuble et alentours tous les jours durant 2 semaines. La clim fait du bruit, obligés de l'arrêter la nuit.

Good location perfect for bars and restaurants lots of supermarkets and if you like to use the public transport this will be the apartment for you

Not much to be disappointed with apart from the beach being a bit of a walk away Not a beach person it didn't really bother us

First of all Sergio is great host and very helpful.Don't hesitate to ask him anything you need. Apartment would definitely recommend to couples. Kitchen part occupied with everything you need to prepare your own meals if you prefer so. Bedroom is spacious and bed(s) itself comfortable and pretty big. Terrace has great view on one of the busiest streets in Playa Del Ingles. Location is absolutely best of all. Everything you might need is in walking distance aswell as public transportation(just few meters away from building).Place where you can actually spend time more then just few weeks.

That sofa is really too hard.

Good location and super clean. Friendly host! All facilities are there including washing machine etc.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable, but no problem for a few nights

The location of this apartment is superb. Airport Bus 66 stops just outside and excellent buses all over the island (including to Las Palmas three times an hour) all stop on the roundabout next to Tinache. Supermarkets are very close by and are fully stocked providing all you need for your holiday. The central front facing location of this apartment can make it a little noisy at night but with the bedroom at the back and air conditioning disturbance should be minimal. This was my fifth stay at Tinache and Sergio does an excellent job should you have any problems. It is also comforting that there is security guard on location every night and access to apartment is through a secure gate. Fifi Lopez Hairdresser on site is super. Use the translator on your phone to tell her what you want.
