5 min walk from Yumbo 208

The location was great! 3 supermarkets within a minute or 2 walk. Really nice pool area. Issues with the water heater were sorted very quickly ~ excellent service.

The apartment is showing signs of ware and tear in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice shower but the grout needs bleaching or replacing and caulking along the bottom of the shower cubicle looked very discoloured which gives it a less than clean feel BUT this didn't ruin my holiday, I had a great time. The bed linen and towels were very clean although the towels and bathmat are well worn so could do with replacing which wouldn't be an expensive option to create a top notch first impression.

Matches the description, fits well 2 people, nice spacious balcony. Vacuum cleaner available to remove some of the sand that started to build up. Kitchen had all the basic appliances that you might need, not too much workspace tho. Overally we had nice time there, apart from the noise levels during the evenings.

Worst part about the apartment was the noise cancellation, lack of it. You will hear pretty much everything happening outside the apartment, it does get quieter after 12 but before that it might be hard to sleep. When neighbors phone is ringing you might mistake it for your own. While vacuum cleaner exists its not very powerful and noisy as well.

The sofa bed would benefit from a memory foam topper for sleeping, a kettle would be good but these are not meant as negative comments as overall the apartment is lovely

Property was ok, swimming pool great

At the apartment chairs were very worn. I didn’t feel comfortable. There was very good audibility from the apartment next door
