Overall, the location was great and the property had a very convenient parking space, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive aspects more or less ended there.

The apartment appeared clean only at first glance. The moment you take your shoes off, your socks immediately turn dark grey from the dirty floors. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were also asked to pay €30 in cash, without any receipt or tax document, for a baby cot that did not even come with bedsheets. On top of that, we had already paid an extra guest fee for the child because the child is over 3 years old. The “bed” for the 5th guest was simply a sofa, also without prepared sheets. The property has absurd “internal rules” that you only discover after arrival. Despite already paying a tourist tax, guests are apparently expected to quickly learn the local garbage disposal schedule and sort/take out specific types of trash on specific evenings during a short 3-day stay — as if you are a local resident rather than a tourist on vacation. If you fail to do so, they threaten deductions from the deposit. In addition, although cleaning standards are clearly poor, the owner still expects guests to clean the apartment themselves before departure, otherwise there is again the threat of money being withheld from the deposit. Nobody welcomes you in person either. In our case, the key box had been mixed up, which caused unnecessary stress and the feeling that we might be left without accommodation. Checkout is until 10:00 AM, yet by 9:40 AM cleaning staff were already waiting at the door rushing us to leave. To be honest, the entire experience felt disorganized, stressful, and full of constant misunderstandings. Also, requesting cash payments without documentation raises serious concerns about tax compliance. In conclusion: be prepared with a lot of patience if you decide to stay here.

Betten unbequem, wir waren zu 6 (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und es waren nicht genügend Bettdecken vorhanden, und es gab auch nicht einmal 6 Gläser. Insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, und vieles kaputt. Fenster die fast aus den Angeln fallen, Türgriffe die abfallen u.s.w.

The location as well as the view. Had apartment nr 6 which had a spectacular view over the city centre.

The shower had a “sky window” above it which was in the communal roof terrace. We discoverd after a few hours that the window was broken and that you could see everybody that was showering. After very good and fast communication with the host, he suddenly stopped talking to us. There was also no baby bed as requested and confirmed from the Ca Del Mar. And after multiple attempts of contacting the host, we gave up. What started as a very good experience ended up in a bad one. Disappointed and not any where near as professional as that could and should be.

Do not stay here! We had cold showers, and then they accused us of breaking something and charged our credit card after we left.
