"A lovely home in outskirts of Perugia that is perfect for a family"

We were at the place as a family with young kids. Kids loved the sofa bed downstairs. The host was exceptional. Very quick at replying to requests and assisted us with our change of arrival timings. Very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a complete tour of the property with the amenities and helped us out with local information of Perugia as well. He even suggested us with parking places, Perugia Centre roads and overall, we were very happy with the place. It is a very well managed and spotless clean. The amenities include everything - from a lovely coffee machine, fridge/freezer, amazing bathroom and excellent bedroom and sofabed/living room. It is a home away from home. The host even kept water, juice, milk and breakfast stuff for us. Only 17mins away from Perugia Centre. Definitely highly recommended place.

Everything was just perfect. There is not one thing we can comment on that was wrong. It is in a quiet residential area, so perfect for families.

La casa è molto carina, curata nei dettagli, funzionale e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il proprietario gentile e molto disponibile.

Purtroppo la zona giorno nonostante i riscaldamenti accesi rimane fredda e di conseguenza non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il divano letto perché per la bambina faceva davvero troppo troppo freddo.
