The location and size

Not enough utensils. Only one bowl for an apartment that sleeps 6, hot water only saw through 2 persons shower, the rest was cold. Luckily there was only 3 of us. Otherwise it was great. With a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. Thank you

Located right by the sea with large balcony. Right between all the restaurants and shops. Parking was free in the port at the front because of the winter season. Spectacular view. The size of the flat was comfortable

Beds were uncomfortable and the furniture and fittings of the flat very outdated. We hoped Port de Pollensa would be a bit livelier in the winter season. Unfortunately, 85% of the shops and restaurants were closed.

The location is amazing. The terrace has a breathtaking view. The apartment is spacious.

The place would benefit from renovation.

Location right across the beach, near restaurants and shops. The amazing huge terasse where we ate every morning and relaxed at evenings. The kitchen has everything you need. The big closets and confortable beds.

Location was fantastic. A large wide balcony with great views of the harbour, bay and beaches. Although it is on the main esplanade it seemed very quiet and certainly at night, footfall dropped off after 1030. Even though we were on the first floor the noise was minimal at all times of the day. The beach was just across the street and so you can hop across for a swim or a sunbathe without taking loads of stuff. . Excellent through-breeze so we didn't need to use the air-conditioning much at all. Plenty of room for 6 people.
