Die Lage ist gut und Zentral, Appartementgröße ist gut mit großem Balkon.

Eine befreundete Gruppe hatte exakt das gleiche Appartement nur 2 Stockwerke über uns, in dem gleichen Zeitraum bewohnt, allerdings haben die über 200,- weniger bezahlt wie wir ,also knapp die Hälfte . Zusätzlich haben die noch als Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und ein Kuchen als Willkommensgeschenk erhalten. Einen kleinen Unterschied hätten wir akzeptiert aber dieser Unterschied für die gleiche Leistung ist schwer zu verstehen. Das WLAN ist mangelhaft . Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber Ok, die Betten sind nicht gerade komfortabel

La ubicación

Todo muy antiguo, humedades en el lavabo, olor muy raro en el lavabo. El pestillo del lavabo era un palillo de pinchito… En diciembre matamos algunas cucarachas dentro del apartamento, no me quiero imaginar lo que es en verano. El personal muy amable, pero se necesita mejorar las instalaciones
