location good. very quiet. no noise at night. good communication with staff. staff very helpful.all queries answered promptly. I would recommend it to my friends. I hope to return again next year.

Having stayed in many apartments in PDP over the years, from a location point of view this was by far the best. Quite literally across the road from the beach, which was very handy given that for some reason after last years total lack of any beach facilities whatsoever, this year there were no toilets available anywhere on the beach, so visits back to the apartment were quite regular. Very well appointed with the very necessary bonus of it having three A/C units, we are already looking at the possibility of booking it again next year.

There was a bit of a problem with the drains of the building which lead to some occasional smelly situations in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets and farmacies. For the price it is a great stay and the management company and owners were very friendly and helpful.

Location Communication was excellent, responses were always rapid and helpful.

Cleanliness, there was hair in multiple places on the floor. The dishes were unclean. The bedding was old and very bobbled. The throws had a bad odour to them.

Host met us to hand over the keys and introduce the facilities at the property Roof top terrace and hot tub a great place to relax with a good view over the bay Close to the beach with shops and restaurants Main port just a 10 minute walk from the apartment with plenty of great restaurants and shops

Very minor issue but the shower in the main bathroom could do with the hose replacing There is no lift at the apartments

Nothing really

Juana Maria kindly facilitated a late check in - which turned into a 1:30am check in due to flight delays! We really appreciated the bottled water, juice and milk that she left for us in the fridge, particularly as everything was closed by the time we arrived. Communication was excellent. Check in was, friendly, swift and efficient. The apartment was as described (though I think some of the photos on Booking.com relate to a different apartment?). Stunning views of the sea and beach from the bedrooms, lounge and rooftop - it's literally across the road from the beach. Loved the private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi hot tub! In case its not clear in the description, this terrace can only be accessed from stairs from within the apartment, so really private. There's an additional room on the rooftop - seating area, plus shower, sink and toilet; handy to have this extra shower room. The twin bedroom is very small but efficient use of space. - Aircon in each bedroom plus living area, thermal blackout curtains in the bedroom - very welcome as it was 38-42 degrees Celsius during our stay! The apartment is compact - was fine for a family of 3, might be a bit cramped for 4 - but well appointed and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Hadn't realised that the apartment was at the top of 5 flights of stairs - but soon got used to it!
