Spacious- very close to excellent beaches. 2 balconies plus utility / bike area. Large Rooftop sun bathing area. Mel was very helpful and responded speedily to requests.

The location; close to beach, just along from the busier part of the town but not too quiet, big supermarket 10/15 minutes walk away, spacious, immaculately clean, well stocked with essentials on arrival. Really nice to have beach towels supplied too. Very comfortable for the family. Fabulous host Mel.

I have just returned from a weeks holiday with my elderly parents and my son. All of us, in such a mixed age group, loved staying here. This apartment is fabulous. It is spacious, really well equipped, in a lovely position and is beautiful. As others have said, the photos are very representative, but still don't do it justice. It is so well thought out and I cannot fault it. Mel, the host, is very generous and friendly. Met us late at night, later than we'd anticipated, to show us around the apartment. There was a fantastic welcome pack - wine, fruit, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets and other things besides. You are so close to the beach, nice restaurants, but very private and it's quiet with a lovely nature reserve just behind it which you can see from the roof terrace. If your browsing and look at the reviews, just book! You will not be disappointed.

I loved everything! Possibly a grab handle would be bonus in bath, but this is such a minor thing and only a suggestion.

Location, close to beach, supermarkets, shops, cafes/restaurants. Size of property, having 2 bathrooms with family worked very well. It is also an ideal spot for cyclists plus there is storage for your cycles. When we arrived Mel gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly. He provided some essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, wine, water, fruit and biscuits. Mel even offered to buy some supermarket goods when we realised the supermarket was closed on Sunday in Port de Pollença!

Very spacious apartment. Lots of fruit and a bottle of wine as welcome gift. Excellent location. Close to the beach and restaurants but nevertheless very quiet.

Showers in bathtubs. Not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities.
