O apartamento é super bem localizado. 10 minutos do centro de carro. Super vantagem a garagem ser coberta e no subsolo. O apartamento tem boas instalações e acessórios. Tem duas varandinhas (pequenas) mas com ralo. Então pra quem te pet super ajuda.

O apartamento não estava exatamente limpo. Tinha pó e o banheiro um pouco sujo também. Mas chegamos e resolvemos. Nada de mais. Talvez não tenha recebido hóspedes pouco tempo antes. Tivemos um contratempo para entrar, mas com um pouquinho de paciência, deu tudo certo. Liguei pro Roosvelt e ele prontamente me atendeu quando ficamos em dúvida da vaga de garagem ( que os funcionários insistiam em dizer que era em outro andar ).
