Was a last minute thing but they made it work, loved the outside bed and the loud sound of the waves. Cute place

The elevator was broken and have bad knees and had big luggage hauling that up and myself was a challenge. The master bed wasn't that comfortable and Everytime you rolled over some lights on head board would bang and scare you so we slept in the other room in two twin beds

The kitchen seemed well, equipped, however, Coffee mugs would be good 😊

suite was comfortable and close to the ocean

when I lost the one and only key it was difficult getting ahold of the landlord

Good quiet location

Interior a bit dated but o.k. A PROBLEM was the odor in the 2nd bed/bathroom area, it smelled like sewage all the time even after repeated use of the shower etc.

The view is great, ocean view; however, there is no beach access from the property...all the beaches around are private property or hotels' property...the closest public beach with white sand is a 20 min walk by the Marina, so if you want to enjoy the classic Riviera Maya white sand beaches - you need to walk or drive to Marina.

Keep in mind, there are three condos, and my review is for the condo on the 2nd floor, A2. During reservation, it is unclear which condo you order until you finish the booking process...So the review is for A2 condo only: The comfort is not good: - The door to the utility room that goes to the outside has bedroom closet-type doors, and all the air from outside and from the dryer vent, and FROM THE WATER HEATER gas exhaust goes back into the room..carbon monoxide drafts back into the living quarters...this is a huge health hazard; Also, due to this you can constantly run the A/C in the living room and it is still going to be hot since you are trying to cool down the outside...facepalm - toilets do not flash properly...both of them; apologies for the details :) - both of the shower drains were clogged upon check-in; - the king bed is very harsh and with springs sticking out. - very bare minimum supplies: no extra towels, no extra bed sheets, very short range wi-fi (doesn't work on the property's balcony)...very bare minimum rental property.

Beautiful view. The community was amazing.
