Very good location, very close to the beach, food store and restaurants. Kitchen has everything what is needed (except dishwasher). Beach towels. Washing machine.

A bit noisy if you want to sleep with open window. Some issues with hot water in the shower.

Excellent location, very close to Puerto de Mogan, which is itself a lovely town.

A slight issue is the small number of electrical points. There were only two of us in th apartment, so we managed, however with four staying there would be issues over charging phones, etc.

In comparison to where we stay usually (which was unavailable ) and is far more superior it was small with only one bathroom . Limited utensils to use if we wanted to cook . Only 2 beach towels for just over a 3 week stay . Didn’t like the fact the pillows and bed had no protectors ( considering how many people use the apartment ) underneath the pillowcase and the pillows were very tired . The shower was awful got fixed twice when we complained and was ok .

Everything

The apartment is clean and quite big . It is placed in the center next to the main Street of puerto de Mogan which might me considered as a pro.

The apartment has balcony, but sitting there is uncomfortable because of the noise and gasoline smell. It didn’t feel like vacation. The worst thing was construction work every from 8am. We couldn’t sleep long. We needed help from Dani, the host, but he wasn’t very helpful

Great location, 1 minute walking distance from the beach,apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday (WiFi, beach towels, umbrella for the beach) On some evenings there was live music (Spanish ballads) performed by local bard at nearby cafe. Absolutely amazing experience and you don’t need to go to the cafe every time as you can hear it while enjoying glass of wine on the balcony.

Cooling is provided only in the living room so if you want your bedrooms to stay cool at night you need to keep doors open to the living room. As it is located at a busy street it is a bit difficult to sleep with windows open therefore cooling is crucial at night time.

Very clean and great position right in the town.
