Broken equipment and the owner was rather rude when I asked him to help out. Telling me I should appreciate what I got for this price. Eventually I had to pay for fixing his washing when my clothes got stuck

Great option for a few nights in Puerto de Mogan

We were unable to get into the property the first night as Booking.com gave us the wrong key code and the owner did not contact us before we arrived. Also the phone number we were given did not work. After trying to get in for 2 hours and phoning the owner 10 times and emailing him, it had got dark so we checked into a nearby hotel. Eventually the owner emailed us a code at 20.20 but it was too late. He was unhelpful and unapologetic. It was our first night in Gran Canaria. Not a good start to our holiday.

The apartment was great - we stayed for 4 nights. It was in less touristic/hotel area, very close to bus station and supermarket which we appreciated. Overall, it is close everywhere, Puerto de Mogan is a small town so you can walk everywhere within 10 mins. The apartment was clean and cosy, kitchen well-equipped. In the time we were there the temperatures were 26-28ºC and the fans on the ceiling were sufficient. The one in the bedroom was more powerfull and we sometimes got cold and had to turn it off so I believe it is sufficient even with higher temperatures.

Our neighbour was coming home late evening and was sometimes watching TV or calling until late night. Closing the window didn't make any change. But we managed to fall asleep eventually.

Pretty good apartment

It's practical for a few days, good location if you travel by car, the town is a close walk. The bed is excellent.

The apartment seems to have all the amenities, but you can tell that nobody actually lived there and tried out the setup.

There was a bit heavy air , especially in the bathroom, the AC would be useful in this apartment

Clean, quiet, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Local area has a nice atmosphere and plenty of good places to eat/drink without being overly touristy/commercialised. Finding parking on the nearby streets on the weekdays was easy enough for the most part; we never had to park too far away.

Air con might have been welcome on the hotter days, though the outside temperature was exceptionally hot during our stay.

Excellent climate, accommodation near the beach and the city center, quiet place, great professionalism of the owner. Thanks for a nice vacation
