"Apartament ce conferă o stare de bine"

Apartament de o curățenie exemplară, cu o suprafață foarte mare, aerisit și dotat cu tot ceea ce e necesar pentru o ședere ca acasă, priveliște deosebită de la toate ferestrele, loc de parcare asigurat lângă complexul rezidențial. Gazda, o persoană plăcută și de un bun simț deosebit!

Nu a fost nimic care să bifeze aspecte negative.
