Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Alles funktionierte. Nicht Nobel , aber Preis/Leistung stimmt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Naja, möglicherweise könnte man den Hofbereich etwas besser Gestalten. Betrifft: Zufahrt, Parkplatz und Sitzecke

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden und dafür war die Unterkunft optimal. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Küche, großem Esstisch und einem Wohnzimmer mit Tischkicker. Dennoch hat jeder seine eigene, ebenfalls vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super, die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und die Lage mitten im wirklich sehr schönen Stolberg ist perfekt.

Keiner aus meiner Gruppe konnte die teils negativen Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Die Unterkunft ist nicht schmutzig. Es ist ein Altbau (ehemalige Fabrik) und die Innenausstattung ist nicht gerade erst angeschafft worden. Das sieht natürlich nicht aus, wie in einem gerade sanierten Viersternehotel. Das wäre auch eine andere Preisklasse.
