Good location and good facilities

Apartment isn’t very clean. There were some blood stains on the sheets and possibly a bedbug infestation, because my wife got many bruises (like bedbugs bites) after sleeping there. Apartment needs a disinfection asap

Nice, clean, and well-equipped apartment with all the necessary supplies needed for a short stay. All the windows had blinders. The owner was kind in communications.

We were here during festivities, and the apartment was right next to the carnival area. This means a constant, health hazard level sound of up to a bit above 89 db with open window and up to a bit above 82 db with closed windows (not a guess, we measured it) during evenings until later than 2 AM each night. It was a pain just to be there, and sleeping was barely possible even with earplugs. Again, I am not talking about normal, city center, busy street, loud neighbor noises, which we were prepared for. It is probably OK at other times, but during festive season, the apartment is simply not suitable for a stay, and renting it without disclosing this fact is a fraud.

Everything was perfect. Location. Access, comfort, equipment and communication with Elisabete too. So helpful.

All was in a very good condition, comfortable bed and sofa, very clean. Good location. Good communication with the host.

Excellent apartment. But the only thing missing was a heater, because it's very cold there.
