The apartment was super clean, recently refurbished and in a great location with nice views. It had a modern, well equipped kitchen and modern fully working appliances throughout. Very comfortable mattress and accommodation throughout. Communication with Paulo was very efficient with quick responses. We appreciated the coffee, tea, wine and other goodies on arrival. Loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem. Looking forward to a return visit.

We loved absolutely everything.

Location was excellent and the view over the park to the river was lovely. Apartment photos were accurate, but the space felt even better than anticipated. Modern and well equipped, in a nice character building. Spotless and comfortable. Would be great for a longer stay than the two nights we spent there. In the center of Viana's wonderful old town surrounded by all the shops, bars and restaurants you need. Great traditional Portuguese restaurant right below.

Nothing to dislike

This place has everything a pilgrim truly needs, a hot shower, a washing machine, and a comfortable mattress. It’s the perfect spot to rest for a few days. there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and everything is modern and new. The apartment is very clean, and the location is the best in town. The view is absolutely beautiful, and it’s quiet and peaceful. We’re also very grateful to Pablo for allowing us to check in early. Highly recommended!

Large new apartment with well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom and shower. Super quiet. Wonderful views of river and park/promenade. Easy walking distance to sites, restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of coffee pods, dishwashing pods and laundry detergent left for us. Friendly accommodating host / excellent communication.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything you needed. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Even though the apartment is situated in the centre of the town it was so quiet on a night. We were treated to the amazing Christmas lights and piped music outside the apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment just like the photos. Our host contacted us in advance, and although he wasn't able to meet us, we had no problems getting in to the apartment. It was very nice to have a few treats left for us. We had stopped at a Lidl on the way and picked up groceries which were easy to prepare in the well kitted out kitchen. It was great to get a load of laundry done. The view was nice, and there wasn't any street noise. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, water hot. A great stay!

Just note, he provides photos of the stairs. If you don't do stairs, this may not work for you. We asked about parking. There's a free lot a couple blocks away. Since we were only staying one night, we shuffled our clothes into backpacks, and left the suitcases in the car.
