The hot tub was really great for us. The host was attentive and friendly.

Parking on the street in front though it worked out, who knows if it’s always available. It was a little loud in the unit from restaurants, next-door or below, but we were able to sleep no problem.

Lovey large room. Host seemed nice.

There was no refrigerator or kettle.

Staff very comprehensive and available.

Some furniture are a bit old but the value for the money is very good

It was very clean, with comfy bedding, we stayed the second night. Jacuzzi was very clean and nice as well. Free on street parking. Fast WiFi. Many bars, bakeries and shops just outside the door. Great value for price. Lovely owner, very responsive and helpful helped us with finding absolutely the best way to visit Palermo by car, many thanks for that

Big spacious room in a good location, just a half an hour from Palermo. Attentive host and easy self check-in

I was surprised as I thought it is hotel from the pictures. There was no kitchen. It's nice to clarify more in the description that is private rooms without kitchen. The room in reality is much more old than in Picture
