Cabanas Green Apartment & Loft.

I was I. The ‘loft’ part of the property. I was a single occupier, although it was set up for four, which might have been a squeeze. I loved the large sun patio, the enjoyed the well equipped kitchenette and the comfortable bed. The facilities at Golden Club were a super bonus - the sun loungers around the pool and the complementary water taxi to the beach were splendid! Walking into Tavira and catching the train home was a neat way to get some exercise. I didn’t find not hiring a car to be a problem, there being enough to occupy me as a first time traveller for a fortnight. the owner was especially good in helping me plan transfer transportation and resolve my late check-in time - thank you, Ricardo! As a single female traveller I felt very safe in the accommodation complex as well as the town. Cabannas is pretty. I was blessed with great weather, but access to the indoor pool would have been very useful for rainy days.

Both WiFi channels were hopeless, but buying additional data and using 5G worked very well. The second bed-space had an acutely slanting roof, which would have been a challenge for two to sleep in. The shower was a bit awkward. There was no comfortable lounge-seating and the TV was perched so near the ceiling that I wouldn’t have been able to watch it for long, had the WiFi been working.

O acesso ao apartamento com muitas escadas, estas últimas muito estreitas, o que limita a pessoas com dificuldade na mobilidade, ou com crianças de colo ou em caso de emergência. A fechadura da porta de acesso ao apartamento não funciona bem, ficamos algum tempo sem conseguir abrir a porta para sair. Um dos quartos com o teto demasiado baixo, não havendo possibilidade de se deslocar facilmente no quarto.

L'appartement se situe dans le Golden Club Cabanas: il bénéficie ainsi de l'accueil de la réception mais aussi de l'accès gratuit aux différentes piscines et à la plage grâce à des petits canots à moteur. Il est très bien équipé, confortable et propre, et sa terrasse est vaste et agréable par beau temps. La climatisation nous a semblé particulièrement silencieuse.

Nous ne conseillons pas une location pour quatre personnes car la deuxième chambre ne possède ni fenêtre, ni aération. Le wifi ne couvre qu'une partie très réduite de l'appartement.

Hubo un problema al inicio pues nos instalaron en un apartamento que no se parecía en absoluto al que nosotros habíamos reservado. Afortunadamente, se resolvió gracias a la ayuda del personal.

La puerta del baño no cerraba y era más pequeño de lo que parecía
