Bad experience ever

Very disappointed with this stay. The property was completely different from the photos and layout advertised on Booking.com, which felt misleading from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed linens were dirty and did not feel fresh, the floors were sandy and dirty, and the headboard was stained. There was visible mold on the windows, ceiling, and around the air flow areas, creating an unpleasant environment. The toilet seat was cracked, and the sofa was heavily sunken and worn out. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and did not meet basic hospitality standards. The actual condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised online. We have photos documenting all of these issues. I would not recommend this property and believe the listing should be updated to accurately reflect the real condition of the accommodation.

I like the view and the location

The poor room cleanliness, no free parking and tv program not up to date.

Clean and comfortable. Quite near to Kea market.

No iron in the room. Need to go to the end of corridor to iron clothes.

Spacious

1. The sofa in the room was not usable. The inner cushioning seemed to be completely worn out or missing, leaving only the frame and outer fabric. It was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sitting. 2. The bidet had a leaking issue, which was not only inconvenient but also created a potential safety hazard, as water leaking onto the floor could cause someone to slip and fall. 3. The bathroom had a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the floor drain/trap. The odor was so strong i have to hold my breathe while using the bathroom 4. One of the reasons I chose this property was based on the photos shown online, which appeared to have bright white lighting. However, the actual room lighting was very different from what was advertised and did not match my expectations.
