We loved the cozy sofa with a beautiful view, and even though the TV channels were limited, it still had our favourite one. Waking up to the nice view was amazing. We kept the balcony open with the mosquito net closed, so we enjoyed the fresh, cold air — like natural air-conditioning. The whole environment was peaceful, quiet, green, and sometimes cloudy, which made the stay very relaxing. The sofa was a 2-in-1 style, comfortable enough for two people, almost like having two beds. The price was affordable, and the hotel is within walking distance to many places on our bucket list, such as the bee farm, Zoo Mania, butterfly farm, mini funfair, and nearby cactus farms. The hotel is also connected to the mall, which made it very convenient for us to get whatever we needed.

Management should really take cleanliness more seriously. The sofa sheet had stains, and the dishwashing sponge was so dirty it had turned black. The container provided for dishwashing liquid looked like a stationery holder and was also stained, which made us decide to throw away the sponge and buy a new one from Mr. DIY (we left it for the next guests). We even washed the dishwashing liquid container ourselves. It would also be great if the management could provide a dish rack, as it would make drying dishes easier and prevent the area from getting too wet. The bathroom had a strong smell that we couldn’t tolerate, so we ended up buying an air freshener. A deep cleaning for the bathroom would be highly appreciated. The listing on Booking.com also mentioned an electric kettle, but there wasn’t one provided, and we had to buy one from Mr. DIY. Overall, the environment and hotel are good, but these issues need extra attention. Small details like this can affect guests’ comfort and may cause the hotel to lose respect from guests if not addressed.
