1. Rate At the same date, my brother use homestay with same speck with rate RM250 with extra facilities ( have rice cooker ) much cheaper than us . 2. Lighting_ not much. We don't like

Very comfort for family of six, nice and simple arrangement of furniture, nearby facilities such as grocer and restaurant really suits the need.

Carpark is first come first serve, still ok but need to do double park when it's full, my car got dented during the stays by irresponsible visitors, common bathroom got no towel hanger, need to provide.

The place had no lift and room was third floor, elderly had difficulty, no towels and no wifi.
