I personally recommend this apartment. A huge hall and enough for a big family to gather and make an occasion. Facilities and utilities are all there. Comfortable like u are in your own house. Kudos.
Just a small improvement for your water heater. It was intermittent hot water flowing.

Old apartment, need a lot of maintenance. The unit is on the hill, you have to climb your way up if you're walking.

The home-stay was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Our host was so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on local places to visit and eat.
One significant downside was the lack of ironing facilities. It was quite annoying to find out that guests needed to bring their clothes downstairs to the homestay key collection counter for ironing.

This building is like an old building and seems like it is haunted. The parking lot and lift is a bit scary, but the house is okay, it was comfortable. The only uncomfortable thing is the exterior of the building.
