CAMERON TROPICA HOMESTAY

None of them are satisfied! Especially the landlord and landlady, and his family !!!

The landlord's attitude was very bad. As soon as we arrived in Cameron Highlands, we contacted the landlord to inquire about the accommodation and how to get the key. As a result, the landlord did not answer the phone and did not reply to the message. After finally getting through, he said that we could only check in at 3 o'clock and hung up on us. Then we called again at 3 o'clock. The landlord's tone was very bad and very rude. He said that we could come, but when we arrived, because the children of relatives came with us, the landlord saw it and asked for extra money. Even though we said we had sleeping bags and could sleep on the floor, we were forced to pay more. We drove here with two cars, and they said there was a parking space, but We were only allowed to park one car, and one of them was parked on the main road outside. There were no kitchen utensils for cooking, no electric fans, and no air conditioners. The water heater was broken, and even the washbasin in the bathroom was strangely small and difficult to use. There were no programs to watch on TV, and everything had to be paid for. Then our friends came to chat with us, but the landlord didn't let our friends in, and even insulted our friends. Moreover, the photos and information shown during booking let us know that our accommodation was very close to Mcd and Shopping mall, and it could be reached in a few minutes on foot. However, it was not the case when we arrived, and we had to drive to get there. When we checked out, the landlord treated us like thieves, and called one of us to the front of the room to wait for them to check the cups, towels, bed sheets and quilt covers in the room before they could leave. Before leaving, he was arrogant and swearing, so I suggest that you don't book this homestay !!!

Spacious en clean. We made a mistake with the booking, but could stay an extra night by paying an extra weekend fee.

Location not the best, couch was uncomfortable.
