Location is perfect if you would like to visit night market. Host very responsive. The fridge is on during our visit so we could store our food immediately without waiting for it to turn in. Wifi working perfectly, Netflix are available. Lots of extra pillow and mattress if needed. Air fryer, microwave, kettle, plate, mug, bowl, jug are clean and available to use. A lot parking at the basement for we to choose. Restaurants and mini market are available at ground level.

Host could prepare shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Replace the dirty slipper in bathroom. The hose in bathroom could be longer a bit to use. The water hose length is ngam ngam ho, no buffer of length.

Good owner,please monitor your cleaner job because your place location is very strategic and hot area. 1. living room, floor , sofa looks new and clean, bedroom clean. no sofa bed need to update advert but they provide extra 2 single mattress - 2. ⁠room/house is spacious suitable for medium size family 3. ⁠they do provide plenty extra pillow n blanket, main one on bed is clean but the extra they dont clean la smelly 4. ⁠they provide prayers wears n prayers matt - but not washed smelly 5. ⁠they provide air fryer which is clean and working, full kitchen utensil provided like cutting board, knife, spoon, cups, jug, plate, bowl and got rice cooker oso (rice cooker just saw - didnt check or use) 6. ⁠got hot water and all are working 7. ⁠carpet is clean, dining table is clean 8. ⁠location is great- plenty of shops like 7-11, news, groceries n walkable 5 min walk to famous pasar malam n famous steamboat (highland steamboat n cheese grill) n ynz steamboat 9. ⁠parking provided easy they give you access card and free parking. warning try not to drive in/out during night market 4.30pm onwards - as the main road are closed n car bumper to bumper , got guard divert traffic but people just cross road like nobody bussiness 10. ⁠owner/agent responsive 11. ⁠got balcony air n weather so nice

*Bad - some area not cleaned properly - to landlord/agent need to change or monitor your cleaner job * 1. no towel provided, bring your own 2. ⁠no shampoo or body wash provided. bring your own 3. ⁠kitchen sink smelly have mouldy smell, they do provide dishwash soap. sink wall n lining of basin got moldy n smelly, 4. ⁠extra pillow and blanket smelly like not washed 5. ⁠toilet bowl is clean but floor have dark mouldy looks disgusting , floor is slippery like not washed. 6. ⁠microwave is so dirty not cleaned got leftover food residual on the inner side , top inner microwave got mould smells horrible we want to use to reheat food but smell so bad we put it back. 7. ⁠the window near kitchen dirty got dusk n window also not wiped 8. ⁠got 2 sink, the one in front of bedroom is dirty got mold inside inner outer lining sink like not washed 9. ⁠no plastic bag for rubbish bin provided- please add more bin and plastic bag so we can throw rubbish 10.Toilet got disgusting slipper - slimy and got spot of mold everywhere forgot take picture - please buy/change slipper
