No me gustó que llegue al apartamento y no se podía estar del mal olor que desprendía y de la suciedad que tenía. Encima las fotos que aparecen en la web, por lo menos el cual alquile no tenía nada que ver. Y me reitero sucio pero de tiempo, de no haber limpiado hacia mucho.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions of the holiday accommodation located at 46 Westbourne Street, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3EN, United Kingdom, and to request a full refund of £181 for the stay booked for myself and my friend. Upon entering the property, there was a strong and unpleasant smell similar to urine. I later discovered a piece of furniture that had been soiled with urine, which was clearly the source of the smell. This made the accommodation unhygienic and unacceptable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and contained hard metal parts that caused pressure on the body, resulting in very poor sleep quality. The walls were visibly dirty and not properly cleaned. In addition, several essential facilities were not functioning: • The kitchen had no electricity • There was no hot water in the shower Due to these serious issues, the accommodation did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or functionality and was not fit for purpose. The experience was extremely distressing and far below what was advertised. For these reasons, I am formally requesting a full refund of £181. Please confirm in writing when this refund will be processed. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours faithfully,

Advertised as pets at no additional charge. Tried charging extra to take my pet, left him with friends. Could of been cleaner too

The location and parking facility

The advert doesn’t tell you about the flight of narrow stairs to the top apartments. There is no way to assess which apartment is on which floor when booking and is very unsuitable for people with limited mobility. The cleanliness of the furniture in the room especially the rugs are very filthy. See the photos attached. The advert says that you will be provided with toiletries, washing up liquid and cleaners, but we didn’t have anything when we checked in. We just received handwash and washing up liquid after one day. We were provided two towels for a three day stay. The pullout bed was very dirty and not clean enough to sleep on. The crockery needs checking as the cups were cracked. Overall very disappointing condition. We just had to checkout a day earlier as there was no toiletries for shower. I messaged the owner that we can not continue to stay but neither received any reply to message nor any any refund . Will take it up with booking.com and will make a formal complaint.
