Toilet was too small to fit in, the beds were horrible, the worst mattress, the room needs attention.

-Location is close to the supermarket -Parking space

-The bed is not comfortable at all. -There were cockroaches around the house. -Not enough supplies were provided such as just a single toilet paper roll despite staying there for more than a week -I had my apartment on the third floor, Not comfortable to carry heavy bags there

Not clean, smells cigarette smoke, bathroom leaks and becomes messy

The shower had a bad leak under it. The doors were spring closing and we're slamming so much especially the street door that the house shook and this went on constantly untill 2 in the morning Shower installed by a non qualified person and made of cheapest possible materials

Towell rail fell off due to very poor installation. The shower has a major leak under the tray. The shower door does not close The bedroom door does not close The electric meter box cover fell down onto my partner No notice taken of me messaging them through booking dot com We were on the third floor and no fire doors to any apartment, no intumisent seals or smoke seals to the doors. Very steep and narrow stairs with no hand rails. The windows had opening restraints which would be a problem in an evacuation. Doors slam all day and till about 2 am. The front door is so bad the house shakes. People shouting in the street just at night well into the early hours.

Male staff member let himself into the studio using a key on the morning of departure. He did not k nock and it was before 10 am Smell of illegal substances through the night

Always somewhere to park. Quiet area with shops nearby. Smart TV

Shower runs cold every few mins. Nowhere to hang washing, dryer didn't work too well.

the inside of the property was ideal for myself and my son whilst we visited Family was a decent price compared to basic hotel room around the area that you didn’t have to share the toilet and bathroom.

as for the area NO ONE said we were situated where you dare go out at night it’s full of Prostates Drug Addicts and only two days before our stay started there had been a stabbing. had I of been told this I would not of subjected my son to that kind of stay it’s like a getto when it starts getting dark.
