V kopalnici ni obešalnikov za brisače in podloge za tla izpred tuša. To so malenkosti a zame pomembne.

I would like to express my concern regarding our recent stay. Unfortunately, several issues made our experience very uncomfortable: The sofa in the living room was completely unsuitable for sleeping and even for sitting, as it was heavily sagging. Instead of the promised sleeping arrangement (our booking was for 5 people), we were provided with a folding bed, which was also unstable. Most concerning, we were bitten by bedbugs. Although the staff reacted promptly by replacing the mattress and applying treatment, the bites took a long time to heal, particularly for our child. Additionally, a plastic shelf holder in the refrigerator broke under normal use with groceries, and there was no sound insulation in the toilet, making flushing extremely loud during the night. Considering these circumstances, I kindly ask you to review this matter and take the appropriate steps.

Die Lage ist super!

Das Appartement war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Bei der Kommode war der Boden eines Schubes herausgebrochen. Fußbodenleiste war lose an der Wand gelegen. Die Tür der Dusche wurde durch einen Vorhang ersetzt, dadurch lief ständig Wasser beim duschen heraus, so dass die Badezimmertür total aufgequollen ist. Die Dusche war insgesamt so dreckig, dass wir erst einmal geputzt haben!! Schlafsofa war so kaputt, dass wir es austauschen lassen mussten. Sehr enttäuschend! Wir sind bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Haus gewesen und hatten nie so eine schlechte Wohnung!

Vor allem die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorzuheben, doch auch die Ausstattung hat uns positiv überrascht

Die Matratzen der Kinderbetten waren nicht sonderlich bequem.
