Avenida Central Viana - City and River Apartment

El apartamento esta en el centro lo tienes todo cerca y además es súper guapo tiene muchísima claridad y con todo lo necesario. Vanesa y Alex son muy amables están dispuestos para todo lo que necesites volveré seguro.

La ubicación, en pleno centro El apartamento super cómodo muy completo. Super iluminado.

Había algunas lamparas quemadas es un detalle

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, vraiment très bien situé sur l'avenue principale en dernier étage. Sans le savoir en réservant nous avons pu profiter pour voir le défilé de la fête de Viana depuis les fenêtres, c'était parfait. Évidemment un peu bruyant mais il faut savoir ce que l'on cherche et puis fenêtres double vitrage donc c'était malgré tout correct.

Si je devais donner un reproche c'est que les 2 lits doubles grincent beaucoup et les matelas sont très mous... Mais pour 2 nuits pas de problèmes.

The location of this apartment is stellar and the host, Alex, is very nice.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best stay at this apartment. While the location is incredible, the noise from the street is awful. The apartment was spacious and comfortably fit 5 of us plus a small dog. However, the apartment needs a deep clean. There was dust everywhere which caused severe allergies in a few of us. It was also very cold as the windows should be replaced because they let in the cold air. My mom had to dust the space heater so we could use it because it was full of dust. I think the photos were taken when the apartment was first renovated because it doesn't look quite like the photos. Also, it's important to note that the apartment is a 3rd floor walk up, which if we knew ahead of time, we may not have booked it as my mom has some mobility issues. The best thing going for this apartment is the location and view of Santa Luzia.
