Casa Viela Cega

We had to pick up the room keys at a hair dresser that was about a 1 minute walk away from the apartment. The apartment is large and very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking anywhere around town. The streets the apartment are located on are mainly walking streets so there is hardly any car noises. We were very happy with our stay.

The apartment does have heaters but no A/C. It was warm while we were there but we managed well with keeping the windows open.

Beautifully organised, bijou apartment. Great location with free parking close by. The apartment is made for two people maximum, in a very old property beautifully modernised. Viana do Castelo is a lovely resort and well situated for trips to beaches and the local area.

Walked in the door and thought Wow! The property was superbly presented and the host had even left a bottle of vino verde chilling in the ice bucket to welcome us on arrival! The property was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. There was a large walk in shower which had excellent water pressure (something I always notice when staying away from home as absolutely hate showers that just trickle). The host seemed to have thought of everything and anticipated every possible requirement a guest could have, leaving lots of little extras for your use in the property i.e coffee, tea, snacks, nail files, toothpaste, cotton buds, hairdryer etc). The parking was in the underground city car park and the host provided a payment card for this. There are plenty of spaces available and there is easy pedestrian access to the street level (use the entrance marked up as Rua Grande). Absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend

Fabulous property so Nothing to dislike whatsoever

We did not expect breakfast. However Maria was most generous. She left us plenty of supplies including bread rolls, jam, margarine, water, wine. Bath products were of an outstanding quality. Hosts eho go beyond expectations. Thank you!
