Location was perfect for our weekend plans at the nearby distillery, less than 2miles away. The village is lovely, idyllic, peaceful, it was a shame the pub is under renovation but not long now and it will be a great asset to the village and to this property as it is just next door. Didn't really bother us though, we self catered and ordered-in plus the village has a lovely quirky café which is a must to visit. The accommodation was so well appointed, had everything we needed and more, and the hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.

Jeanette was very helpful and a great host. She left us detailed notes on how we can enhance our stay. Wifi password was easy to find. The beds were comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was well supplied if you feel the need to cook.
