"Di passaggio - sosta di una notte"

L'appartamento è in una zona centrale (centro storico), vicino a un parcheggio. E' carino, abbastanza ampio, pulito. Luminoso, nonostante sia in un vicolo. Molta cura per la raccolta differenziata. Abbiamo incontrato il gestore per il ritiro delle chiavi che ci ha accolti e inviato info su dove mangiare. Per quello che abbiamo pagato è un ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

L'appartamento è in una zona del centro storico un po' trascurata. Il condominio è un po' fatiscente. L'ingresso ha qualche scalino ripido (scomodo con bagagli ingombranti o pesanti). L'appartamento è in edificio storico con i problemi del caso, vecchie tubature e qualche insetto (il gestore è stato molto carino da offrirci un piccolo rimborso).

Ottima posizione al centro di Civita, dietro al bellissimo duomo. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile per check-in e suggerimenti. Casa pulita e ben organizzata negli spazi, stanza grande e accogliente.
