Lage ist perfekt. Toller Balkon. Meerblick ist ein Traum.

Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste zum Teil erstattet werden. Wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Manchmal sehr unangenehmer Geruch vom Abfluss.
