Lo mejor la ubicación. Cocina completa moderna y electrodomésticos. Aunque no la usamos. Muy espacioso y la terraza con vistas a la playa

Hay restaurantes abajo y el olor de la cocina entra al apartamento.

We made the breakfast each morning and enjoyed it at the large balcony overlookinb the ocean.

Everything went just great.

The view, the shower and living room

I didn't had a blanket available for my bed. The toilet is small.

The location of the property is excellent beach view, clean and very well located with food places around.

The location and the view was amazing. The apartment is beautiful and spacious great for a family.

The only thing I would say was the electric box went off a lot of times , if we use the cooker and the oven same time or if we getting a shower and the AC was on . The rest was all good .

No bag in kitchen trash bin Significant amount of dust (flour?) on kitchen countertop Urine smelling toilet Urine spots visible in toilet rim, and toilet bowl external walls - see photos. Very dirty shower. We had to clean the black mold in the shower hose and walls. See photos. Had the wash the floor of toilet to feel comfortable - very dark water as a result. Bathroom door inside handle with brown stains (poop?). Had to clean it with disinfectant towels. Sheet for sofa bed too small for the large sofa. Had to use the top sheet and the bottom and bottom sheet (with elastics) on top. Blankets were visibly not clean not recently washed. Balcony door not working, fixed by owner next day. Unwashed kitchenware inside the cabinetry. Example: a glass of water used as cigarette ash tray, with the ashes still inside (this was inside the upper cabinet), a plate with grease inside the upper cabinets. Poor quality pillows. Bad quality sofa bed: your body will feel the wood inside.

The parking garage was super und das Gebaude was very good.

The apartment was a desaster. Almost everything was broken. The bathroom was very small and the toilett seat was loose. The kitchen utilsels were rusted and filthy. The windows were very dirty. 2 of the closeta didn't have handels and the utility room was a desaster. the vacum cleaner didn't work and was totally fully of dirt. The balcony was nor clean and could not be cleaned because of the flooring. Everything in the apyrtment was rusted. The henge of the door to the balcony broke because of rust. We had to move out of the apartment.

The heating system doesn't produce heat, so it was rather cold in the apartment for this time of the year.
