كل المرافق به سيئة، رائحة عفن ورائحة قذرة جدا ، دورات المياه مرافقها سيئة جدا ، حجزت ليلتان ، ولم استطع الجلوس مده اطول امضيت ليلة واحده ولم استكمل فترة اقامتي فيه ، قذر جدا جدا

- [ ] Need to register at guard house before enter…should be easy if pre-register done before arrival. - [ ] Parking little bit far from lobby, around 150m from lobby. - [ ] No sandals in bathrooms. - [ ] No washing machine and dryer. - [ ] No gas stove for cooking. - no fan in 3rd room.

"A clean and spacious apartment in a great location, but the water heater and parking issues need serious improvement."

The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby food options. The apartment is clean and very spacious, suitable for big families (up to 10 pax). It’s comfortable overall, though if fully occupied, some guests may need to use the living room for sleeping.

The water heaters in all bathrooms are problematic. The temperature cannot be controlled, and the water can get dangerously hot. This needs urgent fixing for safety. Parking is also limited to one car per unit, and during peak seasons, finding extra parking outside is extremely difficult.

Clean, easily accessible, check-in and check-out well coordinated. Location is good, very close to the centre of Tanah Rata Some difficulty initially because I was unable to reach the owner to ask for the letterbox digicode but I managed to sort it out.

Lack of cupboards to arrange clothes in the rooms. Cooking facilities minimal.
