1. Following the conclusion of the night market, there is a disturbance due to road cleaning activities that employ blowers, typically occurring between 12 AM and 2 AM. 2. In various locations throughout the house, the prevalence of mold is notable, which could potentially lead to respiratory problems. 3. Towels and tissues are not provided. 4. The personnel do not offer guidance on vehicle parking or exiting the car park, an issue complicated by the necessity of an access card for gate operation (with keys returned prior to checkout, leaving no access card available post-checkout). 5. The proficiency in English among staff members is an area that requires enhancement, or at a minimum, the utilization of translation tools should be considered.

"My worst stay in Cameron Highlands. Poor customer service."

Night market opposite the property and Chinese restaurants, kopitiam, mynews and 7E. There is a kitche, fridge and induction stove (not working properly). Ample parking at the basement.

We got an apartment at the back of the apartment block and the balcony is facing the back of nearby housing area. This stay was 3D2N stay for a family of four. Our apartment was at the first floor. There was some construction nearby and it was noisy during the daytime. They're prompt in asking for 50% deposit upon booking and balance on the morning of check-in day. They're only good at that. The deposit was paid to an individual (Cheah Hong Leng) Maybank account not a company or business. Upon paying the deposit they only agreed to provide 2 towels for a 4 pax stay. The communications by the contact persons, were very poor. One of the name listed, Shariff, was very rude when I asked for 4 towels. On the morning we received a text indicating requesting the balance payment, instruction to check in and apartment unit number. No check-out instructions were given during this time. Before check-in we had to park our vehicles outside the apartment block. We're told that the access card will be available in the room and we can use it to access the apartment via lobby and to go in and out of the basement parking. The apartment was left unlocked and key was left inside the unit together with the access card. The apartment had 3 ceiling fans. Two of them were with remote control. However, the remotes were without battery and the moment you turn them on, they're spinning on full speed. When I texted the contact person, Cheah Xuan, he told me that the remotes were faulty hence no batteries in the remotes. I asked him why he allocated a unit without fan remotes to us. He told me that normally Cameron Highland stays do not have fans in them. (This is actually a lie). He suggested that I leave the balcony window open and let the natural air come inside. I told him that there is a fume exhaust right under our balcony and it would be impossible to leave the sliding door open all the time. When I swapped the Astro remote to the fan, the remotes were actualy working.
