1.下car park 太高了，车子下去，车前面的bumper都裂开了 2.住宿有些地方没打扫干净，有纸巾，纸巾带，沐浴露参水了，还有蟑螂在被窝里面，主人房的吹风机用不到一分钟就不能吹了，幸运老公去另外的房间找到另外一架可用的吹风机，不然我晚上只能湿头发睡觉了

The unit was so dirty, a lot of dust bed sheets didn't change, no mineral water, no kitchen facilities provided, microwave dirty we need to clean it before use.

so far rumah nya okay & view okay . bilik , ruang tamu overall okay

lantai basah (bukan basah lembab tapi basah yang air masih bertakung) kesan2 mop / melekit idk . bila cakap dengan management dorang dah "remind" tapi still tak safety , kita bawa orang tua . kalau terguling apa pun tak dapat . parking pun susah , 1 parking je provide . yang lain kena park dlm building tf (mahal gila parking dlm tu rm6 somthing + rm16/17 . 😌

Unfortunately, our stay at Play @ Nova Retreat, Kea Farm did not meet expectations based on the photos shown on Booking.com. The unit is old, tired, and poorly maintained. The sofa had a musty and dusty smell, which could have been easily improved with basic vacuum cleaning and fabric freshener. The shower rose was loose and flimsy, the wardrobe was dusty, and there was visible mold on the wall, which was quite disappointing. I believe no cleaning is done to the sofa and curtain, it collected dust all over. The smell of wet dust and musk was just terrible. The mattress needs replacement. Hurt our back. At night, there were mosquitoes in the unit, and we had to go out and buy repellent spray ourselves. Overall, the condition of the unit does not match the listing photos. With proper maintenance and cleanliness, this place could be much better, but as it is now, it was not a comfortable stay.
