Yarm Lane Apartments - Stockton Town Centre

Having a complete apartment without having to share amenities with other guests. All rooms were a good size.

The wi-fi is poor and the location is on a main road, so rather noisy. Lack of air conditioning made sleeping in warm temperatures uncomfortable.

Lovely size unit, very comfortable. Easy check in, friendly host

Stairs up to apartment steep with suitcases- no hairdryer.

Nothing as i was not happy since first day as had to go the next day and buy cleaning products to clean so much of the house up by myself as the cleaners never went into flat 2 before i was there clean

I didnt like the fact in photots look all clean and presentable stay in then when i arrived the fridge smelled like gone off food microwave needed cleaned cause the smell from it bathroom sink had hair and dirt and noticed that the second day left it so owner or cleaner could didnt sleep in bed as had hair n looked like stains on it to point had sleep on couch unit where dirty to the point had to by bleach n cleaning products just so i can use the kitchen side and microwave oven buttons was full of grease wasnt good sleep n i knew cleaners wasnt there to point had to throw stuff out the fridge that was left

Value for money

I was sent a detailed message a few days earlier, outlining everything I needed to know. It was very easy to get into with the instructions sent earlier. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay.
