Lokalizacja fatalna- w rzeczywistości ponad 6 km do centrum, co w warunkach zimowych jest ogromnym utrudnieniem. Brak informacji o remoncie drogi dojazdowej do apartamentu- zmiana organizacji ruchu, brak nawierzchni. W łazience długo działająca wentylacja, której nie można samemu wyregulować. Pokój mały i zagracony- dla rodziny z dzieckiem jest za ciasno.
