The photos and the description of the property do not marry up - private pool, premium apartment - neither of these match the property at all. In addition, no hot water in the shower, fan in the main room might need a service as is very loud in operation and a lot of noise in the mornings from the construction nearby.

Really seamless experience with everything.. the pool is really worth it!!

Nice, clean , well ventilated property with good views from balcony. Very cooperative host and was in good contact over whatsapp.

There is always room for improvement. We were very satisfied about our stay there.

The room was clean and balcony view was great! The cooling weather made up for the lack of air conditioners.

There was no microwave and no dryer.

As soon as booking was confirmed, Host Chris sent a step by step guide on how to get to condo, where/how to collect keys, where to park, how to get to the unit etc. Extremely useful guide! From carpark lift (Level 5), can goes straight to the unit floor at Level 27. The condo is also located within walking distance to F&B shops and 7-11 and a short 2-3 mins drive to Gohtong Jaya makan-makan place. The condo shares same venue as Swiss Garden Hotel (accessible at Level 3) - the general areas, swimming pool (Level 41), gym (Level 42) are well maintained. The unit is also well maintained. Surrounding has some construction of new condo but the noise (8 a.m - 6 p.m) cannot be heard if you close the balcony sliding door. Even if you open the sliding door, it is not super loud or full time. The unit is away from main road hence no disturbance from cars/bikes. Altho the unit has no aircond, you don't really need it because weather is cooling at night. There are 2 bedrooms equipped with queen size bed and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom towels are provided and water heater is working! Kitchen utensils, fridge and washing machine are available but no microwave.

It was a spacious apartment. The rooftop pool was awesome. There was a well equipped gym. Loved it. Felt as at home. Responsive host. The garden was cool.

Cozy and clean

The accommodation is clean and neat, comfortable beds and pillows. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great too :) It's on a higher floor, so the air is nice and cool.
