V apartmánu bylo hodně prachu , zřejmě před námi dlouho nikdo v apartmánu nebydlel a poslední úklid nebyl důkladný. Vlasy, chlupy v koupelně a Pavučiny všude, lednice špinavá . Bohužel

The view from the room over the lake was amazing. The room was big, with a sitting area. Since there was no breakfast available, we made use of the kitchen which was very well equipped (but I would suggest to add a small cooking pot to boil eggs).

This one is amazing. I have never stayed in such an apartment from booking which looks like a luxurious house, and where you can enjoy table tennis, table football, and even rolling a boat or do SUP on the lake. Just imagine that you suddenly know that you did the check-in and knew that you are free to roll a boat on a big lake at night without others. So brilliant! Also in the morning I did SUP and reach the island in the lake! And the apartment is so big and definitely with great value.

We got a small accident with the keys. But just read what you can do in the apartment, come on, this apartment is so good. This accident is nothing in front of the amazing experience!

The local town is obviously one of the little pearls in the province of the Czech Republic. Wonderful restaurants offering typical local specialties at reasonable price are available in and around the center. Don't miss the two restaurants in the Štítného street and the other one under the Castle by the river. All kind of shops are also available. No crowds of tourists (probably not yet). The property is situated in the middle between the downtown and the pretty good local Aqua-park (also the hypermarkets Kaufland and Albert are right beside the Aqua-park). The host family is very kind and obliging. The rooms are spacious and the parking area large enough. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen-box (in our case there was everything needed for a normal kitchen). We didn't order any breakfast. Allegedly such is available on request. You can arrange that with the host. They speak English and German well enough. Internet perfect. We were delighted from Apartmány Šetkova vila and the host family. It was our first visit there, but certainly not the last one. We found what we needed and we appreciate your hospitality. See you again.

Super location. Close to the center and overlooking the lake. The presence of a recreation area and a barbecue directly on the lake. Private free parking

The ceiling is like in an office, which is discordant with the old walls and windows

Helpful owner, was able to park car & check in early, large clean room with a fantastic view of the lake, large garden with facilities to use like bbq, fuzz ball table, seating outside and use of paddle board or/and canoe. Wifi good and 5 min walk to town.
