"A surcharge of EUR 10 per hour of delay, or part thereof, applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that an additional charge of 40 EUR applicable for early check-in. Please note that an additional charge of 50 EUR applicable for late check-out. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 15 per day when used. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 15 per day if used from 01/06/ till 30/09 . Bathrobes are available for EUR 5 each. Please note that pets are subject to a surcharge of 15 euros per day per pet . Please note for stays of up to 3 nights, the use of the washing machine incurs a additional charge of €5 for use".
