Apartamentos Tapahuga

I liked everything from this hotel, especially the very friendly and professional attention from the ladies at the reception and the very nice housekeeper. I also loved that all the facilities, including the apartment and the swimming pool, were very clean, which for me is the most important thing about accommodation. I'd gladly come back to stay at this place, 100% recommended. Keep the very good job, girls!

Very friendly staff, easy check in, lots of free nearby parking, great roof terrace. Playa de Santiago is a lovely little town and it was great to be right in the centre of it

For self-catering apartments, it was disappointing that there were no staples like salt/ pepper/ cooking oil etc and that we had to go reception every morning to ask to borrow the hairdryer!

Pokój zlokalizowany w budynku hotelowo-apartamentowym. Recepcja czynna 08:00 do 22:00 Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Poniżej kilka restauracji. Widok na góry lub morze. Ale część pokoi jest zorientowana do wewnątrz budynku i przy rezerwacji warto zwrócić na to uwagę. Cena bardzo akceptowalna. Pod spodem dwie restauracje i kilka kawiarni.

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku.

wir konnten die Dachterrasse schon früh morgens benutzen, um dort zu meditieren und Yoga zu machen. die Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer waren wunderbar. Insgesamt war der Innenbereich des Hotels sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen Pflanzen gestaltet. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war außerordentlich freundlich. Überall war es sehr sauber.

Unsere Terrasse war nach Nordwesten, hatte also niemals Sonne, und der Blick war, wie gebucht, der Berg. Der Berg war allerdings durch Schutzzäune vor Geröll gesichert und sah dementsprechend nicht besonders ansprechend aus, direkt unter uns war eine Straße zu einem riesigen Parkplatz. Und in unserem Zimmer passten das doch sehr ins Auge stechende Bild sowie die Tischdecken überhaupt nicht zum Rest der Einrichtung.

C'était propre et grand.

Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Notre vue montagne était plutôt vue sur les falaises grillagées. Hors saison, l'espace piscine est laissé à l'abandon (piscine tellement froide que nous n'avons pas pu y rentrer). Manque d'équipements pour un appartement (rien qu'au niveau ustensiles de cuisine). Nous avons écourté notre séjour une nuit plus tôt car ma compagne a eu une très forte réaction allergique (nous avons dû aller au poste de santé) à un produit utilisé dans la chambre. L'hôtel a accepté de nous rembourser la nuit non passée sur place, en nous revoyant vers Booking pour faire les démarches. S'en sont suivis deux mois de renvoi de balle entre Booking et l'hôtel et nous n'avons finalement jamais été remboursés (+10€ de facture d'appel à Booking).
