Great location, and fully equipped.

Due to the time of the year, Dec, it was cold inside the apartment. No heating system besides the AC.

Very good and helpful contact with the owner. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the beach, 1 minute from shops, restaurants and the port. Quiet and peaceful, away from car traffic. I definitely recommend it.

The location and the facilities! Also that it was clean and nice decorated.

That it was at the 2nd floor without elevator, and with kids and all the staff taking every day to the beach was difficult.

The location was really convenient

The bathroom was very inconvenient, they chose design over comfort. The toilet was not clean, I sent pictures to the owner and claimed that instead of stains they were dimples. The faucet in the bathroom was not working properly, the water flow was not continued. The general cleanliness of the whole apartment was not good and there was an odd smell. The owner wrote down an A4 with things that the guests are not permitted to do, they wanted us to take the trash when checkin out, however there were no extra bin bags, and the owner said they don’t provide that kind of stuff. The check out was at 10am. A €100 deposit was held from my account but thankfully, was returned immediately after inspection of the room.

It is a value for money place. Super clean and comfortable appartment in the center of Latchi. Within a walking distance from everything you need. Very friendly owner too..I will go back!

The view of the appartment is not the best... Even though the over all location is very good, the entire block of appartments would create a better feeling with some gardens and trees...

The location is great, right next to the harbor, close to the shops and restaurants but at the same time quiet. The private parking space is shaded. Air conditioning in both rooms which were bigger than I expected. The building is a bit dated but overall pleasant, a big balcony is a plus.

When we arrived there was no towels or bed sheets for one person. We checked everywhere and it just wasn’t prepared - although we paid for it and didn’t take ours. One of our group had to sleep on a couch in the common space without bedding and use only a hand towel. It was provided the next day by the cleaning lady as the owner is not available in person. The shower drain got clogged the second day after our arrival, had to clean it ourselves to be able to shower. The apartment was not cleaned very well and the appliances and furniture were quite old and not very comfy, the mattress was lumpy. There was exactly one thrash bag and two rolls of toilet paper so one of the first things to do after checking in is doing some shopping ;)
