Porto Wine Loft Duplex with swimming pool

El apartamento tiene de todo:calefacción,aire acondicionado,cafetera,internet rapidísimo,enseres de cocina,TV.... Y está todo muy limpio y cuidado,tenía todas las comodidades y utensilios de cocina,aseo y lavado. Se puede aparcar cerca y está cerquísima del puente Luis I(nos encantó).La comunicación con la anfitriona para unas consultas que tuve super atenta.Gracias de verdad, estuvimos como en casa.

Por poner un pero,éramos 3 y mi hijo dormía en el sofá cama y es algo incomodo(dice que es muy blando y se clavaba la madera)

La caldera tiene muy poca capacidad, duche a mi hija de 7 años y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que se pudiera volver a duchar alguien con agua caliente. El día anterior me paso lo mismo a mi y cuando escribí al anfitrión me dijo que nunca nadie se había quejado… El apartamento huele muuuuuchiiiisimo a humedad, es terrible, el sofá cama y sus cojines huelen también, no es agradable dormir en el..

It was extremely noisy. The first night, after 11:30 PM, the people upstairs were loud for about an hour — shouting, burping, laughing, jumping, and slamming things. The next night they were making noise until 1 AM, and as soon as they checked out around 2 AM, the cleaners came and were also very loud. You can hear every sound from neighbors on all sides. They also clearly haven’t cleaned under the bed for a long time — there was a thick layer of dust, about a centimeter. The staircase is also dangerous and slippery, so be careful when going up or down. I do not recommend this place. Parking in the area costs €25, not €6–8 or €15 as some might expect. If you try to park near the house, and if you manage to find a spot, it’s cheaper (€0.75 per hour), but there is a risk that your car windows might get smashed.

Propre , spacieux, une belle piscine, appartement bien équipé, et même du porto pour la bienvenue ☺️

Ont entends tous les voisins ( réveillé plusieurs fois la nuit ) , appartement qui sent l'humidité , attention à la montée qui pique les mollets

Goede centrale ligging in Porto, 5 a 10 minuten lopen van de restaurantjes en natuurlijk de brug. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Verder is alles aanwezig om zelf het appartement netjes te houden tijdens je verblijf. Parkeren kan even verderop in parkeergarage General Torres (onder treinstation) voor 8 euro per dag. Voor het inchecken kregen we instructies via de chat over hoe je de sleutel krijgt en weer kan inleveren. Contactloos verblijf dus.

Het privé zwembad deel je met nog ongeveer 20 andere appartementen.

La situation géographique par rapport au centre de porto, hôte à l’écoute et très réactif

On entendait un peu les voisins à travers les murs, et il n’y avait pas de papiers toilettes, rien de bien grave, cela n’a pas entaché notre séjour
