Bem localizado próximo de bares, restaurantes, lugar tranquilo, geladeira muito boa gela bem, ar condicionado bom, espaço satisfatório atendeu minha demanda.

Porta de entrada de madeira com manha para abrir meio empenado, Cadeiras de refeição muito velha com risco de quebrar na solda, sofá desconfortável, utensílios de cozinha com ferrugem, falta um micro-ondas, cama casal de mola com pé central quebrado fazia barulho, teto descascando, detalhe, pessoas idosas com algum problema de joelho ou com escada esqueci, São coisas simples que agrega um valor IMENSURÁVEL, os detalhes contam muito.

a hospedagem não deixa a desejar, é realmente no centrinho, perto das lojas e principais pontos turísticos, dá pra fazer tudo a pé, a única coisa que sentimos falta foi de lençóis na acomodação.
