Todo, era perfecto. El anfitrión era majísimo y nos explico todo lo necesario para conocer Oporto. El barrio es ideal para visitar Oporto (15 minutos andando del centro) y sin los agobios de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Great host! A beautiful and clean apartment!

We can't praise this lovely little house enough. We would always try to stay here in future if it was available. This area of Gaia is particularly easy to get around from as there are several good bus routes as well as a train station (General Torres) and two tram stops 5 minutes away (General Torres and Jardim do Morro. There are also many excellent bars and restaurants (we loved Mirone for sunset drinks and Café Avenida for the amazing value 'menu del dia' €8.50 for soup, main course, a drink and coffee!) as well as a nice neighborhood bar right underneath the house (Café Fervença). It didn't disturb us in anyway and was a great place to meet the host when we arrived a little early so needed somewhere to sit with a beer. We also used it as a place to have a beer before heading out for the evening. The nearest proper supermarket is Minipreço on the main drag by the tram lines. Beware it can get very busy so make sure you allow ten minutes for queueing. The house itself was absolutely spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed - we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to Adolino for the warm welcome and useful tips. And the port!

Perfectly located, comfortable apartment which was fully equipped for our stay. Our host was great and gave us information on how to get to all the main locations. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was really lovely and so close to town - which is so handy. We walk everywhere - so it suited us perfectly. There was also a metro/tram station very close by if needed and a supermarket 900m away. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was a warm and comfortable place to stay.

Our only comment (and it is just a comment, not a complaint) is that the apartment is directly over a pub/restaurant, which is open from 8am to 10.30pm every day except Sundays. While it is not super loud, it could be a little frustrating if you have young kids in terms of getting them to sleep, depending on how busy they are below and whether they are all standing outside or not.

Great place to stay and easily accessible to the rest of porto we found it really easy to navigate. Place was clean, tidy and the host met us and shared all the good places to go and visit which was really useful.

Not their fault but hard to use the address for uber to get to the location had to use a close by landmark.
