Location, great TV (with internet). The wifi was ok. Had a coffee machine!

The noise - the windows sound proofing isn't great and when guests in the upstairs apartment arrived, it became more difficult to rest, especially when they were on their terrace, which is next to our bedroom. The sofa was uncomfortable and when opened, it wasn't stable. We missed a dishwasher as well. If you use the washing machine, you didn't have a space to dry clothes and the drying part of the washing machine didn't work.

Good sized apartment with a very attentive management team. This apartment is recommended for trips lasting no longer than 3 days.

The apartment does not have any view and the existing windows are small and at the level of the exterior floor and when they are open they have a view of the floor of the exterior dining area of ​​the apartment above, which means that if you leave the windows open you have no privacy either. the guest downstairs as well as the one upstairs. The room has a large window but there is no option to open it as it is at street level and the glass is frosted. In general, the lack of these openings to view the interior created a feeling of suffocation since the apartment is a kind of basement with no visibility to the outside.Given its position in the basement, we can also observe a smell of damp that persisted for the 7 days we were staying there.

We got a message a few days before arrived and we're told we had an upgraded room with a sea view! And it was awesome! Fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The owner/stagg greeted us on time, and showed us in, superb accommodation, would definitely be comfortable there for an extended period of time if needed, 100% reccommend!

Great location and price

Uncomfortable bed, sofa was not clean. It was quite high humidity, so our towels were always wet. From pictures we expected to have garden but look like it was another apartament.
