The whole apartment,grounds and pool were spotless and well maintained. Was met by the owner who told us all we needed to know about the apartment and what restaurants he recommend

Comfortable, quiet, pool was great, walkable location (but a big hill), had everything we needed. It felt like a local place. Nice to have a parking space in a garage. Patio was great. View was incredible and you could hear the ocean surf and animals from Loro Park. Jorge was a great host.

Pillows were not great. Walking up the hill is challenging so some people may want to drive down to waterfront.

Beautiful view, private pool, silnce, and every equipment what you need for a family.

The road up is a bit steep.

The owner was very nice. Explained everything needed. If needed any assistance he was there to ask. The apartment was clean and tidy. Good view from the balcony. Everything was porfect.

Good location, walking distance of Loro park. Private parking in the underground garage.

Old furniture, unpleasant smell of mold in the rooms, you can sleep only with an open window... Pool is very cold, not heated, nobody uses it.

Low water pressure in the shower.
