Wonderful location, great communication throughout the whole month of the stay and beforehand, making everything really straightforward. Thank you Mercedes. The apartment is as described and shown in the photographs. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. My husband appreciated the fast internet connection and was able to work easily in the apartment. TV had Netflix and other SMART channels to use. Wonderful shower, very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Even a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and clothes dryer. All much appreciated. We would definitely stay again. Love Puerto de la Cruz!

The apartament is very nice located just to the ocean, mamy restaurants and bars nearby. Apartament is big, clean and well equiped. The lady owner is communicative and helpful.

AC would be a good addition to the apartament as it was very hot inside (as outside). In the early morning public services are working under window (trash car, cleaning car etc) very loudly (every day).

Very good communication with the host. She left us very nice snack on arrival and we were very grateful for that.

Cameras have been installed in the flat! Even though the landlady claims they are switched off, it is impossible to check, as the cameras are active. The flat has two pluses - a great location and the view from the window. Everything! The flat needs immediate repair, cracks in the walls and ceiling. The sofa is old, the bulls are sewn up from the holes with TOWERS!!! The cheap decor of the flat is terrible. The artificial roses look sloppy. A freshener was placed in the flat which made it necessary to ventilate the rooms for hours as it stank horribly. You can see that the landlady is trying, but it's not enough. There is no parking for cars. With difficulty we found a place in paid parking for 15 euros per day. Good that it was only a stopover for two days. I did not like it.

Construction work is taking place in front of the flat. Silence is out of the question. All day long there have been grinders and a concrete mixer working. The view from the window is of the ocean behind the construction crane or of the balcony with other people's laundry. In the kitchen there is a flannel for dishes which made me feel sick (it must not have been changed for months). Boiler for 20 litres. It is impossible for a family of four to wash themselves.

It was sentral and the apartment had all we needed to have a good stay.

It did not have a outdoor place

It felt like home-away-from-home… And factoring in an exceptional host, it quickly became one of the best journeys took in the understanding that, should the opportunity ever arise again, established trust be the first motive to book.
