"Perfect, clean & homely appartment"

Apartment was very clean & had everything I needed. The balcony is lovely with the view over the harbour. Janet was on hand to check everything was ok & answer any questions, along with a few complimentary drinks & snacks 😁 I would definitely check the availability of the apartment again if returning to Puerto Del Carmen.

"Superb"

Very well equipped apartment in quiet(ish) area. Big comfortable bed, very good shower and TV service. Communication with Janet was quick and easy. Overall a very good stay.

Pool was being repaired, not a big problem for me, I can't swim!!

It was quite central to where we wanted to be

A bit cluttered and while they left a lot of extras for us, there was little room for our own stuff. The steps to the apartment were a problem when carrying a large suitcase particularly as we were pensioners.

Absolutely gem of a place. Janet was great and kept me updated all the way from booking to arrival and departure. She left some lovely goodies which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was lovely, the view was amazing. Great location

Everything you need is there & more. A very generous welcome pack was there for us when we arrived. Spoke to Janet on the phone & txt, a lovely lady & very helpful. We had an evening flight home & could stay in the apartment as long as we needed to. Balcony gets sun all day with a great sea/harbour view. Nice quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to bars/restaurants in the old town.

It was a brilliant stay it was like home from home janet kept in constant contact with us there was a lovely welcome pack on our arrival we will definitely be booking this apartment again hopefully very soon thank you again Janet defently a perfect stay the apartment was spotless
